MarketOne Builders, Inc. built the first phase of a multi-phase project for the Rocklin based Stanford Ranch Company on the undeveloped West Oaks Boulevard in the City of Rocklin. This building will provide the area with a first class office environment. The 50,000 s.f. tilt-up concrete building has the flexibility to serve as a single corporate headquarter building or a multi-tenant building. The future phase of this project mirrors the first building and will undoubtedly reinforce the Rocklin business community with its tenants, similar to Stanford Ranch's Atherton Center business park.
