MarketOne Builders, Inc. was selected to build the downtown Sacramento Fuzio’s by their Owner due to our longstanding relationship and experience with CIM Group, the developer of 800 J Lofts that houses this new restaurant. The restaurant proudly sits on the corner of 8th & J Street across the corner from Cesar Chavez Park. With its bold colors and vibrant menu it surely cannot be missed. The interior design has some unique features including exposed structure, brightly stained concrete floors, great lighting and a one-of-a-kind sink in the restrooms. Combine the architecture with having to install a modern day commercial kitchen and bar into an existing pre-tension concrete, occupied, mixed-use 8 story building and you have all the makings for a difficult project. Working closely together with the Owner, the landlord and the City of Sacramento, MarketOne Builders, Inc. was able to deliver the project on-time.
