Table 260 secured a prime downtown location to expand their restaurant operation in the 800 J Lofts complex. This building, with its pre-cast concrete structure and 8 floors of occupied living spaces above the ground floor retail locations, demanded that not just any contractor be used to build out this restaurant. MarketOne Builders, Inc., having recently completed a number of the adjacent retail TI’s, was selected by Table 260 and De Kleer & Associates to help them build an exciting new, contemporary restaurant along J Street. With many of the same challenges as the Fuzio Universal Bistro project, which is adjacent to this location, MarketOne Builders, Inc. led the team to deliver this project on-time to meet the much anticipated opening date.
