MarketOne Builders, Inc. has played an instrumental role on the team responsible for the modernization of an existing military training facility located at Mather Field. Originally used as and U.S. Air Force aviator training facility, the building has been successfully renovated to meet current codes including all new mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems. This multi-phase 49,000 s.f. renovation for the Institute of Technology has provided them with state-of-the-art teaching facilities for a myriad of educational programs which include business, computerized accounting, medical assisting, medical billing, computer networking and HVAC repair. In addition, the project included a complete exterior renovation including new entries and parking lots to serve the increased capacity of this growing school.
