MarketOne Builders, Inc. was awarded the contract for the design and construction of a new 40,000 s.f. maintenance and repair facility for Sacramento Regional Transit's railcars. This effort, coupled with a month-long pricing exercise, allowed MarketOne Builders, Inc. to provide a complete estimate for Regional Transit's consideration and eventual award.
