MarketOne Builders, Inc. was selected by Telegis Networks to work in a design-assist relationship with their Engineer of Record to construct their new Sacramento data center.This facility, designed to meet redundancy of N+1, is being housed in an existing shell building renovated by MarketOne Builders for a developer of ëtelco-gradeí facilities.MarketOne Builders had selected their design team and has been working furiously to deliver this project for Telegis Networks by an early Fall 2000 completion date.This 36,000 square foot project includes 25,000 s.f. of raised computer room access flooring, a new 4,000 amp service and three 1.5 meg generators.With a window of 3 months to construct this facility, MarketOne Builders is working closely with our subcontractors to coordinate the installation of every piece of work.The team charter for this project is to deliver this state of the art data center on time, within budget and with no lost-time accidents.
