MarketOne and 19Six Architects were chosen by 16 LPB LLC to create the five-story, mixed-use project. Tower Broadway boasts 68 market rate apartments and over 8,000 square feet of retail space. Every apartment unit features a private balcony or patio. Apartments range from studios to two-bedrooms anywhere from 466 square feet to 853 square feet. At just under an acre, the project site was the location of the iconic, local Tower Records store.

The MarketOne Tenant Improvement team’s latest project, YogaSix, is the first of the franchise in the city of Sacramento. The M1B self perform team was proud to complete framing, drywall, and paint for the 1,800 sqft hot yoga studio, which now boasts 500 members.

MarketOne Builders and RMW Architecture were proud to create a new home for the Press Democrat. The Santa Rosa newspaper boasts over half a million readers from the Bay Area to the Oregon border and was looking to upgrade and modernize their offices as a reflection of their evolution from print to digital media. The new office features break out rooms, a spacious kitchen, and a wall of wine from the Central Valley.

MarketOne Builders was engaged by U-Haul to build their 130,000 sqft three-story facility in Elk Grove, CA. The engineered metal framed structure includes office/retail, loading dock, high pile storage, trailer and yard storage, and more than 300 air conditioned units.

MarketOne Builders was recently engaged by JMA Ventures to be the general contractor on their first phase of residential units at the Homewood Resort. The first phase includes seven luxury condominiums at the base of the Homewood Resort.

The Washington Commons project is a 35-unit co-housing building with community spaces, including a fitness center, dog washing station, common dining area, and outdoor terrace. The project is a four-story courtyard design, featuring a centrally-located, open air courtyard. The complex includes two covered parking garages.

MarketOne Builders was engaged by Nichols Partnership to build the custom Vineyard Homes at the new Stanly Ranch development in Napa, CA. The floor plans include single story and two story homes with enhanced features and finishes to compliment the surrounding Auberge Resort lifestyle.

This 133-room extended-stay hotel faces Sutter’s Fort on K Street. The 82,700 sf project involves rehabilitating the 1928 Eastern Star Building’s front elevation, interior lobby and staircase, as well as some new facades.

The Luella Lofts multi-family project is a 51-unit market-rate apartment building located in Sacramento’s historic R Street District. The units will include a mix of studios, 1-bedrooms and lofts all with large windows and generous natural light.

Penumbra worked with MarketOne Builders, Inc. to design and build a 160,000 sf tenant improvement within an existing, single-story structure within the former HP Campus in Roseville. Completed in 10 months, and under the GMP contracted budget, Penumbra’s new space includes approximately 72,000 sf of controlled environment room. The space also includes office space, break rooms and new restrooms, ADA upgrades and site improvements such as curtain wall entry and decorative concrete.

The Alameda-based company specializes in Neuro and vascular technology; designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing novel products which address challenging medical conditions in markets with significant unmet need.

Initially, their new Roseville location is expected to bring in 300 jobs during its first three years with more expected as the company grows.
