The MarketOne Tenant Improvement team’s latest project, YogaSix, is the first of the franchise in the city of Sacramento. The M1B self perform team was proud to complete framing, drywall, and paint for the 1,800 sqft hot yoga studio, which now boasts 500 members.

MarketOne Builders was engaged by U-Haul to build their 130,000 sqft three-story facility in Elk Grove, CA. The engineered metal framed structure includes office/retail, loading dock, high pile storage, trailer and yard storage, and more than 300 air conditioned units.

The Sacramento Kings and regional developer JMA Ventures selected MarketOne Builders to construct their 155,000 sq ft retail mall project – Downtown Commons. Adjacent to the new Golden 1 Center, Downtown Commons or DOCO has been a catalyst for downtown development and renovation on the heels of the new arena construction. MarketOne Builders is proud to have played such an integral role in the changing face of downtown, and construct this noteworthy retail area that will serve as a hub for the community and out-of-town visitors.

Capitol Garage, a well-known ‘coffee in the morning, grunge at night’ restaurant/club relocated their existing operation to the sole retail spot on the ground floor of a parking garage. Originally designed for a much smaller coffee/deli space, Capitol Garage doubled the retail space and created a very unique, colorful environment. Complete with a fully-operational kitchen and bar, DesignTECH utilized the openness and volume of the parking garage to create a space that keeps the patron visually interested. The addition of two automatic glass garage doors was installed at the suggestion of MarketOne Builders to open the space to the sidewalks, foot traffic, and outdoor dining areas, thus increasing the overall size and experience of Capitol Garage. The project has been a catalyst for downtown development.
