James has worked successfully with clients on strategy, business planning, and project development, helping teams bring concepts to reality. James was educated at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo in Construction Management, and has been active in Region Builders, Associated Builders & Contractors, the Design-Build Institute of America. James is a LEED Accredited Professional.
